Gourmet March Newsletter 10150 City Walk Drive Woodbury MN March Newsletter March 2012 Well believe it or not we are in the month of March, the winter really went by fast.  March can be a busy month for many of us.  Here at Just Dogs!Gourmet we have been really busy getting treats ready for St. Patrick's Day which is March 17th.  The treats are now available so make sure you stop by soon limited supply available. As we all know March also brings alot of surprises from the fall.  What I mean is the ground is extremely muddy and a great place for your pet to dig up his/her belongings from last year, along with digging is the rolling in the mud.  Well we have the solution for you!STOP SHARING THE SHOWER WITH YOUR DOG! come to the store and wash your dog with our K9000 Self Service Dog Wash.  $10.00 includes shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer. At Just Dogs! Gourmet I know many of you are traveling for spring break and we wish you all happy and safe travels.  Keep you dog happy while your away with something to keep him busy.  We carry Farm-Raised Elk Antlers, Himalyayen Chews, and odor-less bully sticks.  We also carry several carrying cases which fit under the seats in the aircraft. Stop by the store on every other Saturday and meet Callie or in house Vet Tech.  She is there to clip nail, clean ears and do anal glands.  She is also able to answer several of your questions.  The next time she will be in the store will be March 10 from 10 to 5. Unleashed Spring Trunk Show / Primp Yourself + Wags & Whiskers

 We are so excited to announce that on March 8th, 2012 we will be hosting our 2nd annual Spring Trunk Show: “Unleashed”.  We all love to Primp ourselves but this year’s event is all about benefiting Wags & Whiskers Animal Rescue.

Wags and Whiskers is a small, local, no-kill, volunteer-run program operating online.  All of the dogs listed on the site are in foster homes waiting to be adopted. The rescue is not funded by public funds nor does it receive many donations so it is dependent on adoption fees to keep operating.

We will be “unleashing” our absolute favorite spring styles throughout the day.  Whether you are in search of the perfect look for an upcoming vacation or you are just ready to update your wardrobe with bright transitional pieces, we will have an array of options!

From 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in both store locations we will provide light hors d’oeuvres and beverages. We will also have “doggie bags” available for purchase of $10- full of discounts, coupons and gift certificates donated by local businesses.  Total “doggie bag” proceeds will be donated to Wags and Whiskers.  Participating businesses include: CRAVE, Toby Keith’s, Soprano’s Kitchen, Pampered Pooch,O’Garas, Flirt, Blue Plate Group, St. Paul Pet Hospital, Just Paws Training, LoveLo Beauty, Muddy Paws, Creative Kidstuff, Sidewalk Dog, Modern Life Photography, Lyn Lake Productions, Nelli Designs, Just Dogs Gourmet, and Tara Engle Photography to name a few.

The event will provide a monetary donation in the amount of 10% of the culmination of sales all day from each store as well as additional donations collected.
