Tips:
Rubbing soap and water on the outside of the water bottle definatey helps get the bottle into the Crinkit. Rinse the excess soap off after the bottle is inside. Make sure the wrapper is off the bottle and the cap is on tight. A few customers have been creative with what they use to help get the bottle inside. The Crinkit was designed to fit snug around the bottle to make it difficult for the dog to get out. Thinner bottles do make more Crink. Of course wagging tails and manufacturer defects are covered under our satisfaction guarantee. If you believe a toy you purchased is defective, please return the product immediately to where you purchased the product. Any defective toy must be returned within 15 days of date of purchase for a full refund or credit.
There are no guarantees on how long a Crinkit will last, however if you are not satisfied with the quality or durability of the Crinkit you may return it within 15 days of purchase date. Although Crinkits are durable when used interactively, they are not meant to be chew toys. Supervised play is recommended anytime your dog plays with their Crinkit. Durability:
Although durable, the Crinkit isn’t recommended for aggressive or destructive chewers. Some puppies who are teething can be tough on the Crinkit as well. It is not indestructible, so it’s important to purchase the right toy for your dog. Do not leave your dog unattended when playing with their Crinkit.
